Fadingxp offers digital design services, creation of overlays for streamers, and web graphics intended exclusively for the gaming and e-sports community. We commit to delivering projects according to the agreed specifications, within the deadlines established by contract. The client is obligated to provide all necessary materials and information in the requested format before the start of the work.
All graphic elements, code, and designs created by Fadingxp remain our property until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, the client receives unlimited usage rights for the final project, except in cases where otherwise agreed in writing. Fadingxp reserves the right to include the works in its own portfolio, except in situations where the client requests confidentiality.
Fadingxp is not responsible for any data loss, interruptions of third-party services (Twitch, YouTube, Discord), or indirect damages caused by improper use of the delivered materials. Our total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the respective project. We do not offer implied warranties regarding compatibility with all platforms or devices.
Client personal data and materials are treated confidentially, in accordance with our privacy policy available at policy.html. We do not share information with third parties without the client's explicit consent. We recommend using secure connections and complex passwords to protect accounts associated with our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with a 30-day prior notice on this page. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions. Fadingxp may suspend or terminate access to services in case of a serious breach of the terms, without being obligated to refund amounts already paid.
